3. Hot-Dip Galvanized Frame.

The frame is constructed from Q235 international standard profiles with a thickness of 4mm. Surface-treated through pickling, phosphating, and hot-dip galvanizing,

it offers strong corrosion resistance, with an SGS salt spray test rating of Grade 10.  

4. The ultrasonic recognition system accurately locates vehicle dimensions and parking distance, enabling repeated cleaning around side mirrors. Ultrasonic identification

is unaffected by water mist, effectively preventing vehicle damage and ensuring safer washing.  

5. The 7-shaped swing arm features an offset upper and lower design, minimizing horizontal and vertical water flow collision to achieve superior cleaning results.  

6. Multiplexing capability allows for vehicle pre-wash, high-pressure water rinsing, and crystal coating spray. A full rotation cycle takes only 27 seconds.7. Automated water-liquid mixing and high-pressure atomization create a fine mist of micro-particles that evenly covers the vehicle surface, penetrating thoroughly into

contaminants, including body gaps.  

8. High-foam polishing and care wash fluid generates dense foam that effectively removes dust and grime from the vehicle body. Simultaneously cleans, polishes, and

protects, enhancing the paint's luster and richness.  

9. Crystal coating wax forms a layer of high-molecular polymer on the paint surface. After combining with soft water, it hardens into a durable protective film that not only

adds shine but also provides long-lasting paint protection. The hydrophobic coating shields the paint from acid rain, pollutants, and UV radiation while improving gloss.  

10. Equipped with four built-in powerful mobile blowers and four air outlets. Utilizing aerodynamic principles and leading international technology, it creates an air curtain

effect, achieving over 80% drying efficiency.
